Thermatuff® phenolic ductwork combines the duct, insulation and interior air surface into one lightweight, pre-insulated duct system. Its closed-cell phenolic insulation core provides high thermal resistance without the additional field-applied insulation required for many conventional sheet-metal duct systems.

The Thermatuff® Pre-Insulated Ductwork System
The Thermatuff® System is a complete pre-insulated air-distribution solution for commercial and industrial HVAC applications. Each system combines rigid closed-cell phenolic panels, engineered fabrication methods, reinforced duct construction, jointing components and compatible accessories to create lightweight insulated ductwork built for dependable thermal and airflow performance.
Thermatuff® duct sections can be fabricated in longer lengths than conventional sheet-metal ductwork, reducing the number of field joints, connections and sealing points required during installation. The lightweight construction also makes sections easier to handle, position and support, helping contractors reduce installation labor without adding separate field-applied duct insulation.
Engineered joints, sealed interior surfaces and controlled fabrication methods produce low-leakage insulated duct systems that reduce wasted conditioned air and support efficient HVAC operation.
